This site is a tribute to William 'John' Hatt, (known as John). Born in Middlesex on November 20, 1944, he sadly passed away on 19 July 2016 following a short battle with an aggressive brain tumour. He was much loved and will always be fondly remembered by everyone who knew him.
This tribute has been set up as a way for friends and family to share memories and to donate, if they so wish, to help raise money for the charity Brain Tumour Research. It costs £2,750 to sponsor one of their incredible research centres for a day, in doing so we can choose the day to sponsor (ideally 20 November) and also dedicate a tile on the Wall of Hope to help remind all the fantastic scientists to keep on fighting to find a cure for brain tumours.
Please feel free to add a memory, share a story, light a candle or make whatever donation you can, however small. This way we can keep his memory alive for all those who knew him, and leave a legacy to help those fighting brain tumours in the future.
